We designed our 5-STAR Personal Leadership Experience to focus on the personal approach to leadership, to determine your personal leadership style, cultivate the leader inside you and to lead with impact no matter what your position.
This program fills two gaps. The seven-month gap, is the downtime it takes for others to “figure out” your leadership style and understand your values. The confidence gap is many emerging leaders and even more established leaders “happen” into their positions and don’t always feel like a leader on the inside nor feel prepared for more public presentation and community facilitation.
Our 5-STAR program gives you a map, templates, and tools to articulate your leadership and find the confidence within. You will increase your relate-ability to achieve outcomes through people and become a more dynamic speaker and facilitator able to paint vivid pictures to illustrate vision and outcomes and use stories to inspire change.
