Our world has not honored the beauty of be-ing. Rather it has applauded the do-ing. Often we look outside of ourselves, to our accomplishments or others, to give us value. We either do too much. Then, stressed out and overwhelmed, we find more “dis-ease” than “ease”. Or, when the do-ing stops, we sometimes feel we lack purpose and have lost our identity.
